Glee 6x9 : our review

After an eighth episode centered on the theme of the wedding, Fox aired last night episode 9 of season 6 of Glee, "Child Star". Inside, viewers were able to discover a little better the new members of the choir. Discover our review !

Few days ago, Kevin McHale (Artie) announced that the season finale of Glee Season 6 would honor Finn (Cory Monteith). For end the show perfectly, the writers decided to highlight one of the iconic characters of Glee, unfortunately disappeared too soon. But before saying goodbye to their heroes, Gleeks have discovered episode 9 of season 6 of Glee, entitled "Child Star" aired Friday night on American television FOX. "Particularity" of this episode is that it gives greater voice to new members of New Directions!

Spencer, Roderick, Mason, Madison and Jane have all been put forward, with intrigues more or less interesting as each and two new characters were introduced to viewers.

So far, members of the Glee Club were all far behind, compared to the show stars like Rachel, Santana, Kurt and Blaine. Kurt and Blaine back together (and even married, yes!), The writers can now focus on the new kids. From the outset, this episode starts with the difficulties encountered by Roderick in sports.

Faced with a Sue more odious than ever, the young man suffered mockery of his comrades. Attacked but also encouraged by Spencer, Roderick eventually overcome his fear during an emergency. The friendship between the two boys is touching and reminds one of the core values of Glee, that everyone can be friends, regardless of their social status in high school.

Glee writers interested in new kids too late, and that's a shame because some are surprises. This is the case of Spencer, but the duo Mason and Madison, which is truly revealed in this episode. The other highlight of "Child Star" is the bar mitzvah of Myron, an offbeat and detestable character as we love in Glee! His interpretation of "Lose My Breath" by Destiny's Child has dazzled more than one and his replicas to Sue are excellent, it is the first time the coach authorizes someone to treat her like that.

However, the resumption of war between Sue and Will was far too much to this episode. The show is ending and the two characters are still and always in conflict, and their attacks towards each other didn't changed. Fortunately, the arrival of Alistair and especially Myron in the Glee Club we promise good times to come in future episodes. What did you think of this episode ?
